Job Summary: Graviity Cloud Private Limited is seeking a talented and motivated individual for the position of Business Development Manager. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a team of Business Development Associates, and achieving monthly targets. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a strong business acumen, and a proven track record in sales and business development.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide a team of Business Development Associates, providing training, mentoring, and support to help them achieve their targets.
  • Recruit and select qualified Business Development Associates to join the team.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and expand the company's customer base.
  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets by actively engaging in business development activities, including client meetings, lead generation, and negotiation.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to the management team.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all business dealings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales/business development role.
  • Strong track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Salary and Benefits:

  • During the probationary period, the salary will be INR 10,00,000 per annum (10 LPA). After successful completion of the probation period, the salary will be revised to INR 12,00,000 per annum (12 LPA).
  • Travel allowance (TA) of INR 10,000 during the probation period, which will be revised to INR 20,000 after the probation period.
  • Daily allowance (DA) of INR 10,000 during the probation period, which will be revised to INR 15,000 after the probation period.
  • Additional benefits, such as health insurance and performance-based incentives, will be provided as per company policies.

Probationary Period and Compensation Details:

During the initial three-month probationary period, the following compensation and performance-based criteria will apply:

  • First Month: During the first month of probation, in order to receive the full salary and travel allowance (TA) and daily allowance (DA) charges for you and your team, you must achieve a minimum of 25% of your team's total monthly target. Failure to meet this requirement will result in a reduced salary of INR 10,000 (in words: ten thousand rupees only) for that month, along with TA and DA charges.
  • Second Month: During the second month of probation, in order to receive the full salary and TA/DA charges for you and your team, you must achieve a minimum of 50% of your team's total monthly target. Failure to meet this requirement will result in a reduced salary of INR 10,000 (in words: ten thousand rupees only) for that month, along with TA and DA charges.
  • Third Month: During the third month of probation, in order to receive the full salary and TA/DA charges for you and your team, you must achieve a minimum of 75% of your team's total monthly target. Failure to meet this requirement will result in a reduced salary of INR 10,000 (in words: ten thousand rupees only) for that month, along with TA and DA charges.
  • Fourth Month and Onwards: Starting from the fourth month and onwards, you are expected to fulfil your team's monthly target by 100% to receive the full salary, TA, and DA charges. Additionally, variable targets of 10 to 15 may be accepted, subject to review and approval.

It is important to note that the salary mentioned above is subject to applicable deductions and withholdings as required by law.

Travelling and Dining Allowances: As a Business Development Manager, you may be required to travel for client meetings and business-related activities. We will provide you with a travel allowance to cover your expenses incurred during such trips. Additionally, you will be eligible for dining allowances for business-related meals as per our company policies.

Recruitment and Supervision of Business Development Associates: One of your key responsibilities will be to recruit and select 10 Business Development Associates. You will be expected to lead and guide them, providing necessary training and mentoring to help them achieve their targets. Regular meetings will be scheduled to monitor their progress and ensure that revenue targets are met.

Termination Process: In the event that your employment with Graviity Cloud Private Limited needs to be terminated, either party must provide a notice period of [Insert Notice Period] in writing. The company reserves the right to terminate your employment without notice or payment in lieu of notice for reasons such as gross misconduct or violation of company policies.
