Job Details
  • Create training and development programs / plans for specific LOB
  • Responsible for New hire training (end to end)
  • Track and improve post training effectiveness.
  • Responsible for Floor training based on TNI (end to end)
  • Manage PKTs & all Knowledge assessments.
  • Own update management process
  • Coach and develop a team of trainers with optimum efficiency.
  • Handle ad-hoc training requests for multiple accounts
  • Participate in client calls representing TechM.
  • Consolidate, maintain and share training data with internal and external stake holders.
  • Oversee Training Batch audits / observation session and share constructive feedback to the Associate Manager training.
  • Driving Behavioral training completion for the assigned process
  • Conduct Behavioral training sessions as and when required.
  • Own, creation and regular update of training SOPs based on various quality standards.
  • Review Associate Manager reporting to them regularly and share constructive documented feedback.
  • Publish training dashboards to the Stake holders.
  • Contributing expertise on RFPs for SD accounts from training, knowledge development and Knowledge base management
  • Driving and participating in projects, performance improvement and cost reduction initiatives
  • Participate and drive participation of training team in CSR activities.
  • Own and manage ServiceDesk Transitions on knowledge transfer aspect.
  • Design knowledge transfer, shadow and primary support plans for SD Transitions
  • Design, implement, maintain and improve Knowledge Management process for SD accounts.
  • Attending client calls on SD transitions and BAU accounts to present training initiatives and performance.

Educational Qualification required for the position.

  • Graduate (Certified in L&D / Training skills preferred)

Relevant experience required for the position

  • 6 to 8 Years of relevant experience (with minimum of 4 year experience with Service Desk Accounts, preferably managing training for SD accounts)
  • Candidates with New transition experience will be preferred.
  • Experience handling large ramp up across multiple geographies.
  • Experience handling a team of trainers and AMs preferred but not required

Specific Training required

  • Train the Trainer Certification (Internal / external)
  • Master trainer Certification (preferred)

Additional Requirement

  • Valid Passport
  • Ready for domestic and international travel on short notice
