* Need a candidate with Corporate sales experience from Courier and Cargo Industry (Mandatory)

  • To achieve set targets and contribute to the development and growth of business performing the role of an Account Manager, Collections is also the key parameter.
  • Plan new/existing contacts for customer retention, penetration and proactively meeting customer's requirements/problem resolution.
  • Work with other internal departments/teams to resolve customer queries/issues to meet customer satisfaction/service levels.
  • Should have proven leadership skills and handling a team.
  • Collect & Communicate market/competition information and implement business development initiatives.
  • Candidates with less experience could be considered if they have an exceptional sales track record. Corporate Sales, B2B Concept.
  • Candidate Must be from corporate sales Background.
  • Will be responsible for Generating New Business in the assigned Region.
  • Will be responsible for Increasing the Market Share of the Company in the assigned Region.
  • Cross-Selling of all Products -LTL/ Express / Ecom/ International
  • Market Intelligence / Market Survey.
  • Ensuring Smooth Collection from all Customers
  • Retention of Existing Clients.
  • Yield Management / Good interpersonal skills / Good Presentation Skills.
  • Responsible for the growth of the entire Baroda and nearby areas.
  • Aggressive on-field sales

Required Candidate profile

  • At least 4-6 Years of working experience.
  • Must be below 35 in age.
  • Must have Two/four-wheelers with a Valid License.
  • Good Communication Skills & Good Personality.
