Qualification – 10+2 or any graduation
Language – Excellent communication in English
Gender – Male / Female
Experience – Fresher / Experienced

Responsibilities & Accountabilities of Executive:

  • Provide timely and courteous response while answering telephone queries
  • Interact in a pleasant manner during the calls and provide all the necessary information to the fullest satisfaction of the customer
  • Make independent decisions within pre-determined spheres of activity/ control and escalate any open customer issues to Assistant Team Leaders without delay to facilitate meeting of production targets.
  • Actively participate in Team Manager’s/Leaders meetings with constructive feedback and suggestions
  • Ensure safe handling of Systems and equipment provided.
  • Respond accurately, promptly and effectively to call centre calls and quickly resolve difficulties with angry and frustrated customers in a polite manner.
  • Exercise tact, patience and professionalism at all times in responding to customers, regardless of issue or customers demeanour.
  • Ensure building up of a good image for the Company by responding positively to every call received.
