Job Description:

Male/Female Candidate with good spoken english and positive attitude.

Freshers can also apply.

Candidates with prior Experience into US Tax process helps/BPO voice process/Telecalling experience will be given preference.

Attend and make calls for customer inquiries, understand their requirement and guide them to our projects.

Explain project details to the customer and guide them to visit our project premises.

Maintain database and reports.

Timings: 9 PM IST to 6 AM IST.
