DESIGNATION Team Manager
LOCATION- Chandan Nagar, Pune
SHIFT- Fixed day shift (Monday to Saturday) (Sunday as per requirement)
AGE- 24 To 30
EXPERIENCE - 3-5 Years
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES -
- Should have handled minimum of 20-50 agents.
- Should know throughput calculations like Attrition, Shrinkage.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear manner.
- Should have handled the team weekly reviews and encourage team to meet organizational goals.
- Responsible for staff retention within the team.
- Should be from collection or any other background.
- The Candidate should have good experience in Sales, Customer Service or Collections, especially Recovery. Must have knowledge of handling financial products (Credit Cards, PL, Two-wheeler other Consumer Loans Etc.)
- Negotiating with customers in cases when non-payment occurs.
- Must have excellent communication & good knowledge in excel (vlook-up, hlook-up and pivot table).
- Must be able to handle the clients and should have good communications skills while communicating through calls and mails.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
- Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Candidate must be in Pune and Immediate joiner.
- DRA Certified preferred.
