- Should have handled the team weekly reviews and encourage team to meet organizational goals.
- Responsible for staff retention within the team.
- Should be from collection background handling financial products (Credit Cards, PL, Two-wheeler other Consumer Loans Etc.)
- The Candidate should have good experience in Collections, especially Recovery.
- Negotiating with customers in cases when non-payment occurs.
- Must have excellent communication & good knowledge in excel (vlook-up, hlook-up and pivot table).
