• Should have handled minimum of 30-35 agents.
• Should know throughput calculations like Attrition, Shrinkage.
• Should have handled the team weekly reviews and encourage team to meet organizational goals.
• Responsible for staff retention within the team.
• Should be from collection background handling financial products (Credit Cards, PL, Two-wheeler other Consumer Loans Etc.)
• The Candidate should have good experience in Collections, especially Recovery.
• Negotiating with customers in cases when non-payment occurs.
• Must have excellent communication & good knowledge in excel (vlook-up, hlook-up and pivot table).
