Job Details
  1. Lead the Upstream process development team
  2. Planning & Conducting experiments and perform relevant analysis during vaccine development.
  3. Supervise team to perform experiments using Cell culture flasks, shake flasks and bioreactors.
  4. Responsible for review, execution of day-to day activities in the upstream process development during batch run.
  5. Ensuring recording & reviewing of all experimental information in the requisite batch records/ lab note books /ELN as per GDP and ensuring that the lab records are completed, evaluated and signed by authorized personnel.
  6. Supporting for presentation and report writing for studies completed in the function.
  7. Qualification of relevant R & D equipment.
  8. Ensuring proper maintenance of the lab, equipment and respective log books.
  9. Ensuring that the required initial and continuing training of lab personnel is carried out and adapted according to need.
  10. Performing literature survey of articles in vaccine development.
  11. Performing any other assignment provided by Functional/ Group/ Team lead.
  12. Support cross functional activities of development and operation through support in assigned task.
