- Preparation of tax calculations, estimates and reports accruals, advance tax computations
- Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, withholding tax, regular tax compliance, transfer pricing, CbyC report and other direct tax returns
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of all corporate tax returns for Intuit entities in India
- Support Sr. Tax Manager – APAC Region in managing India tax matters
- Support Stat. Audit for the Tax Audit & other requirements
- Supporting in preparation of FIN-48, US Corp tax provision computation, timely update on Tax Audits/Liabilities status
- Liaise with tax consultants in effective and on time filing of reply to various notices, orders of direct tax assessments.
- Preparation of information which needs to be submitted to Tax Authorities for Assessments
- Co-ordination with external consultants locally and representation to Tax authorities from time to time
- Supporting Sr. Tax Manager – APAC region in local and regional initiatives related to tax/regulatory compliances, tax planning optimization strategies and providing tax/regulatory updates
- Prepare current and deferred tax provision for USGAAP purpose
- Supporting India Team in internal tax advisory services and support on business operations
- Support tax litigation matters for Intuit entities in India
- Reviewing checklist of statutory compliance under Direct Tax & ensure that compliance of the same are submitted on time
- Support corporate tax driven tax initiatives along with India team
