Job Description

Manage Inbound and Outbound calls in a timely manner

• Follow Call Center Scripts when handling different calls/issues
• Identifying customer needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide relevant solutions to the customers
• Maintain regular follow-up with Customer till closure of Overdue Accounts

Required Candidate profile

Requirements:

• Candidates fluent in Tamil along with English more local languages will be offered additional Salary
• Freshers (Preferred); Candidates upto 1 Year experience in Calling or Voice process can apply
• Customer Focus and Adaptability to different personality types

• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time efficiently

• Salary: 12k-15 k, Negotiable, Incentives

Work Location: KPHB, Hyderabad.

Experience: 0 Yrs- 4 Yrs
