Roles and Responsibilities

1. Connecting with the existing Partner companies, understand their hiring requirements.

2. Sourcing the candidates as per the JD and inputs shared by the Hiring Manager.

3. Giving detailed information about the company and Job Role to the candidate.

4. Controlling and managing the whole recruitment journey Sourcing to on boarding.

5. Candidate will be able to hire candidates for IT and Non IT domains.

6. Excellent communication skills required.

7. Managing the MIS and different hiring sheets.

8. Giving inputs to the reporting managers on Invoice processing.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Candidate should have 1 to 4 years of experience in Mid level (IT or Non IT) hiring OR Volume (Feet on Street) hiring.
  2. Candidate should be graduate.
  3. Should be comfortable for 6 days working (Sunday off).
  4. Candidate should has excellent English communication skills.
  5. Candidate must be from Gurgaon or Nearby locations.
