Roles and Responsibilities

  • Menu to be checked for the patient and the staff.
  • Determining portion size in relation to price.
  • To receive patient's / Guests comments / feedback and informed to f&b manager
  • To ensure safe food handling,hygiene and sanitation.
  • To co-ordinate with kitchen & service departments
  • To have regular meeting with manager, department staff to ensure all areas are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Tasting the food sample before service to the patient & staff
  • Arrangements the conference meeting in hospital
  • Any other portfolio that may be entrusted by the management from time to time.
