Studio Manager | Store Manager

As a Studio Manager you will be responsible for, but not restricted to:

• Set, Monitor and Chase the targets aggressively
• Handle and ensure smooth Outbound and Inbound Calling
  
• Be the SME on systems and processes in place
• Train and groom the juniors and manage the staff
• Product research and suggestions Customers
• Build and develop Customer relations - B2C and B2B
• Handle Customer Escalations and resolve the issues
• Cross Selling and Up Selling products and services
• Implement and execute Business Development decisions by management
• Ideate and be Creative in the approach

It's a furniture studio, store and franchise for Pepperfry furniture and other products.
