Responsibilities

The role requires the creation of strategic plays with the business Leaders of leading organizations, the engagement of leaders across Microsoft locally and globally, and the orchestration of Microsoft and Partner teams in Partnership Structuring, Solution Definition, Solution Development, and GTM activities

  • Understand leading solutions for the target market
  • Co-develop solution ideas
  • Estimate Partner and Microsoft returns
  • Secure definitive agreements to co-develop solution
  • Form appropriate v-teams to bring solution to market
  • Orchestrate the Microsoft teams to deliver solutions
  • Engage Partner Leaders to ensure partner deliverables are progressing
  • Co-lead the Business Steering Committee to govern execution
  • Secure initial revenue

The role requires:

Qualifications

Experience

  • 15+ years strategy/strategic projects experience in a variety of positions across their organizations and/or 4-6 years of experience in top consulting firms
  • Experience in implementing strategic programs is preferred, change management capability and proven ability to work across product, sales and marketing teams
  • (Ideally) Experience in supporting tech-led organizations in management consulting role
  • Proven capabilities of exemplary impact through cross-group collaboration and partnerships
  • The ideal candidate would have senior management level experience with exposure to a variety of functions with potential exposure to the following functions (Management Consulting, Business Development, Product Management, Program Management and / or Solution Selling)
