| 1. Greet the customer, gather information on the presenting complaint and the history of the presenting complaint and other medical history2. Perform the eye examinations as per the defined 20 step framework to effectively diagnose the condition3. Undertake detailed counselling of the customers on the diagnosed refractory condition and recommend the best refractory solution4. Guide the customers in the selection of frames, lenses, etc. that is best suited for the condition diagnosed5. Undertake the pre & post fitting QC for the lenses to ensure that it’s as per the standards6. Guide the customers on the usage for contact lenses, speciality lenses, disposables, etc. to ensure that customer is acquainted on proper usage7. Undertake re-examination of the customers presenting with issues on prescribed product and recommend / provide modified solutions as per the requirement | · Examination and diagnosis· Prescription· Dispensation of the solution | · Adherence to standards· Adherence to timelines· % errors reported· Customer engagement score |
