Roles and Responsibilities : Team Sales Target Management. Individual Sales, P & L Account Management of the state, Team Reporting, Coordination with Corporate Office, Hiring and Training of Area Sales Managers / District Sales Officers

Desired Candidate Profile : Should be graduate with at least 4 years of Sales experience in Bank BC model, Bank CSP model, Financial Inclusion Sales, Payment Bank Sales , Banking Sales and marketing. Candidates from Fintech Company will be preferred.

Perks and Benefits : 3 to 6 Lakhs Salary + Monthly incentive. Apart from monthly incentive program, we have annual Incentive based on generated business by the team in the state.
