  • Outbound Calls: To call the agents and convert the leads
  • Inbound Calls: Attending the requests and making sure that FCR is been given.
  • Chats: Attending and responding the queries through chat tools. [ B2C , B2B & Mobile App ]
  • Blockings: Maintaining the Hotel Blocking queue and converting them
  • Re Confirmations: Two types of reconfirmation

1. Date of Booking

2. Date of Check-In

  • Manual Bookings: Helping the agents to process the booking manually.
  • Amendments & Cancellations: To attend all the amendments & cancellations which are requested by the agents
