Sr. Recruiting Coordinator: 1 to 3 years of International Voice Process experience

Acquire knowledge from SME (Internal/Client) as per the training calendar

defined for the client.

Ensure timely and accurate service delivery as per client standards.

Prompt response to queries from Internal or External stake holders.

Taking ownership of reporting work in the process.

Maintain all documentation/tracking in the applications up to date for the processes.

Proficient in computer applications including Excel & Word

Basic Eligibility Criteria for above positions:

Mandate -Min. Qualification: Graduation (Non-Technical).
Excellent Communication skills.
Comfortable with Night Shifts.
Relevant work experience as per the role.
