YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Leads and handles the inbound/outbound of materials/products. Updates the SAP database and do daily enter / review of cGMP logs in compliance to organizational & statutory requirements.

- Supervise warehouse critical metrics and build reports. Prepares & update SOPs for regular operations. Ensures the shipping according with the received orders & Supports the warehouse Coordinator

- Any other responsibility that may be assigned from time to time by Warehouse Head. Various MIS reports related to Warehouse Management.

- Maintain confidentiality and ensure safe custody and efficient handling of company document and material. Perform any other task that may be assigned for running of the company as per latest quality standard and Novartis Corporate Guidelines.

- Meet the expectations of the company with respect to HSE. In general to take appropriate actions after doing independent analysis and arriving at decisions for day to day work related matters.

- Work and collaborate with other team members thereby demonstrating the capacity to influence others and arrive at outstanding decisions.

- Presenting and placing the analysis/decisions on work related matters before the appropriate decision making authority at appropriate time. Should be proficient with Statutory, Regulatory & legal requirements.

Minimum requirements

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:
- Diploma in Pharmacy / Bachelor’s in Pharmacy / Operational Management.

- Minimum 5 years in similar roles, exp in Documentation according to our SOPs, On time production Supply.
