Job Details

A candidate must have flair knowledge of Travel products & destinations i.e., hotels categories, Transporters, sightseeing etc. and experience in understanding clients requirements to close the deal.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Understand clients' requirements and offer Tour packages accordingly.
  • Create bookings , reservations for customers, Prepare itineraries, tour costing, hotel booking and customization of International Tours.
  • Providing excellent customer service experiences -Taking care of any customer escalation post booking and helping with appropriate resolution.
  • Coordination with the operations team.
  • Responsible for generating revenue for the company.
  • Should be able to achieve the targets.
  • Good knowledge of costing and itinerary preparation relating to travel.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Good knowledge of MS- word and Excel
  • Experience in Domestic, Inbound and International Tours
  • Take right decision, knowledge of what to sell to customer as per their requirement, having knowledge to think out of the box and have selling capability.
  • knowledge of travel software will be preferred.
  • Min. 3 years of experience in Travel sales.
