Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Managing multiple internal & external stakeholders & travel in between different offices/warehouses in Delhi NCR.
  2. Processing vendor bills, records, etc.
  3. Should have sound knowledge of maintenance activities/processes.
  4. Assisting the facility management team in routine administrative task.
  5. Coordinating intra-office moves.
  6. Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings.
  7. Booking transport (national/international) and accommodation (national/international).
  8. Dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries of visitors.
