Value Added Services (VAS) team is looking for a data-driven and result-oriented business leader to expand services charter for Indian customers.
A successful candidate will build solutions by leveraging existing business partner relationships and will forge new synergistic relationship. He/She will be a self-starter, embraces ambiguity and operates with significant autonomy with senior leaders.
This role presents a significant opportunity to create and scale a new businesses from scratch in a rapidly growing space for Amazon India customers. It requires the candidate to demonstrate strong commercial acumen and robust business development & relationship management skills.

Key job responsibilities
Key responsibilities of the role include:
(A) Supply Identification and On-boarding: Identify, qualify & onboard technicians in line with requirement for launching, expanding and/or ramping-up for peak a given service-category combination. Understand partner landscape, design partner engagement model and establish operational guardrails to support workforce build up.

(B) Service Costing: For every given service-category, come up with bottoms-up and benchmarked costing goals and drive commercial negotiation with partners in line with cost goals.

(C) Influence On-Ground Experience: Responsible for the in-home customer experience delivered by technician including safety. Define SOPs to be followed by technicians and partners while doing the job and drive changes related to scope of service. Roll out and drive adherence to SOPs across the network to bridge service gaps.

(D) Performance Manage network: Influence partners to achieve performance bar set by Amazon by establishing daily, weekly and monthly review mechanisms. Build a culture of customer obsession amongst partners making them data-driven and input-focused. Also, set a playbook with partners for faster resolution of customer escalations.

(E) Voice of the Partners: Act as voice of the Partner within VAS surfacing challenges faced by network. Work with internal stakeholders to address partner challenges.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· MBA or equivalent qualification from a premier business school
· 4+ years post-MBA experience in business development, vendor management, supply chain or procurement
· Exceptional commercial acumen, negotiation skills, relationship building and influencing abilities to impact decision making
· Superior organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management and meeting deadlines in frequently pivoting business.
· Strong service mindset and ability to use metrics to measure service levels.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in composing concise, accurate and appropriately targeted responses.
· Strong Excel skills with proficiency in using SQL for data extraction
