Strategy Formulation & Analytics
>Support top management in identification and decision making of strategies formulation of BW.
>Support Business to take calls wrt volumes in weak market.
>Supporting business to take a call wrt selling higher relaisation SKU.
Product Wise /Pack wise / Plant Wise analysis
- Providing Business detailed analysis of Pack wise/ Product wise /Plant wise NCR analysis
- Proper analysis of data and implementation of corrective actions.
Support in Area Wise Profitability
- Providing support in preparation of Area wise/ Product wise profitabitability.
- Co-ordinating with various Function/ zones for expenses.
Budget Preparation
- To analyze, various information from various functions for consolidate revenue P&B, with comparison with historical data and point out the anomalies and area of improvement
- Identifying Benchmarking data on the basis of past performance and the supporting business to sale from location which are higher profitable.
- Ensure Timely preparation of Annual business plans, budgets & Rolling Plan
BRC Review:
- Ensure timely submissions of various reports required by BRC.
- Coordinate across Departments/ Functions for collection of data/information for further Analysis
- Ensure timely preparation of BRC Presentation
SYSTEMS IMPROVEMENT
- Strengthen internal control systems.
>Regular review and compliance of all SOPs, procedures & marketing policies and reporting of deviations
STATUTORY COMPLIANCE, AUDIT
- Ensure compliance of various laws applicable in the zones.
- Compliance of Audit points, preparation & implementations of Action plan.
>To ensure legal action in matters related to defaulters, demands, penalties against the company as per co. policies and guidelines.
