The Talent Development Partner is a key member of the Business, HR and Talent Development community helping to drive key business outcomes and build talent capability for Intuit globally and in specific organizations in the regions. This role is split 50/50 between delivering global Talent Development initiatives as part of the Centre of Excellence, and owning and delivering the Talent Development strategy site wide in India, Israel and Australia.

Individuals in this role will need to have strong business acumen, exceptional stakeholder relationship ability along with expertise in talent management & leadership development, including the ability to assess and design talent management offerings, as well as create and deliver executive and manager development experiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 10 years’ work experience in business or human resources with an emphasis on talent management, organizational design/development or human capital consulting.
  • Experience creating or facilitating executive-level offsites or development programs
  • Able to accurately diagnose root cause and design interventions that contribute to delivering better business outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to be highly adaptable, collaborative, and resourceful - to work as part of a team or independently.
  • Proven team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can effectively interface and collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • One-on-one coaching experience with leaders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated the ability to manage multiple projects or priorities at once
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - highly articulate and able to present point of view in a clear and concise manner
