Senior Research Scientist Fresher's job

• R&D process development & scale-ups for the assigned project under guidance from senior colleague/Team lead within pre-defined timeline.
• Searching, collecting, reading and understanding of the literature for assigned the project/activity.
• planning and execution of experimentation with documentation as per requirement (Process development, optimization and validation).
• Impurity synthesis and characterization support.
• Interpretation of experimental as well as analytical data.
• Acquiring and compiling the data.
• Support to manufacturing site for trouble shooting of commercial products
• Support for miscellaneous activities as assigned
