• Paraphrasing Formation of Lease Agreements Clauses, Dates and Dollars.
• Knowledge in universal databases are value added.
• Abstracting data from legal documents.
• Experience in the Real Estate and Equipment Terminology. Ability to mentor and train, at any level.
• Exposure to UK and US leases with 100% quality.
• Exposure to different lease abstraction platforms and also to meet the deadlines of the assigned Tasks.
• Achieve targets with efficiency in quality.
• Perform lease administration, abstraction, and related tasks, as assigned.
• Analyze leasing documents, agreements, amendments, abstracts, terms, and related information for accuracy and compliance.
• Analyzing the Lease Data and Information including CAM (Common Area Maintenance), Taxes, Insurance and other Expense Recoveries.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting
• 3+ years' of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong quantitative financial skills
• Attention to details, Ability to understand the legal language in the lease agreement.
• Good knowledge of US Real Estate Lease Abstraction concepts.
• Very good written English communication.
