What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Business Intelligence Advisor, you will evaluate business data to produce meaningful insights and metrics, identifying trends that improve business performance. You will encourage best practices and knowledge sharing within the organization, and as a trusted advisor to the business you will also support end users to determine information requirements.
You will:

  • Lead team for design, build and operationalize analytics of in warranty web Browse failure identification, root cause, action plan to eliminate weekly failures to goal
  • Lead team for requirements and implementation plan of VA for community Browse visitors to meet weekly resolution goals
  • Lead team for design, build, and test the In Warranty case management workflow to capture and move customer cases from Khoros Community thread -> Khoros Care via Khoros Chat -> Sprinklr -> SFDC and then back to an updated/published public solution.
  • Ensure sustaining operational processes for Community as a Contact Channel. Ensure reporting to prove goal attainment; ensure weekly attainment reporting communication
  • Prepare executive communication: Program decks, timelines, resource needs, newsletter updates, stakeholder updates (3CT spreadsheets, etc.)

Essential Requirements

  • Proven working experience in project management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skill
  • Must have deep knowledge of standard Tech Support Case Management Processes, Procedures, Systems and Metrics
  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience


Desirable Requirements

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
