Security Officer

Security of materials: Implement, Monitor and regulate the movement of raw materials, consumables and finished products through proper security system and documentation	1. Implement and regulate the movement of incoming and outgoing materials, consumables, take place as per systems laid down.2. Study the present system and recommending improvement to ensure the security of the materials in transit and otherwise.
Movement of Personnel: Implement, Monitor and regulate the movement of company s employees, contractors, their labours, visitors and others through proper security system and documentation,	1. Implement and regulate movements of personnel in mines, workshop area and in township.
People Development: Engage the security personnel in security activities are regularly trained to meet all emergencies in mines	1. To organize and conduct effective training of guards and supervisors.2. Conduct regular security drills andfire fighting exercises.3. To ensure that the security personnel are alert, effective, and prompt in their actions.
MIS	1. Prepare reports in prescribed formats2. Immediate reporting system to senior officials for quick and effective decision-making in normal and in times of emergency.

Qualifications:

12th or equivalent

Minimum Experience Level:

5-10 Years
