Minimum qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience working in different areas of SAP with 3 years of people management experience
  • Experience with SAP technologies (HANA, Business Suite, Business Warehouse, Hybris) and their architecture and infrastructure needs.
  • Experience with SAP workload migration to cloud, SAP OS/DB migrations, SAP implementations including S/4 HANA, etc.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Cloud Certification.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time for client engagements.

You lead all aspects of web development, requirements gathering, software development, testing, documentation, training, implementation, ongoing support, and maintenance for both in-house and customer-facing web applications. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of Googlers using UI and functional specs/prototypes as input. The Google Cloud Delivery Center team is responsible for effectively introducing Google’s clients to Google Cloud Platform and to Google Workspace, and assisting them from inception to production. We deliver product and implementation expertise to our strategic customers to help them get the most out of their Google Cloud investments. We solve challenging and complex technical problems from infrastructure migration, to network optimization, to security best practices, and more. As a SAP Technical Manager, you will work directly with Google’s strategic customers on critical projects to provide management, consulting, and technical advisory to customer engagements while working with client executives and key technical leaders to deploy solutions on Google’s Cloud Platform. You will work closely with Google's partners servicing customer accounts to manage projects, deliver consulting services, and provide technical guidance and best practice expertise.

  • Work with customer technical leads, client executives, and partners to manage and deliver successful implementations of cloud solutions becoming a trusted advisor to decision-makers throughout the engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists, product, and engineering teams to package best practices and lessons learned into thought leadership, methodologies, and published assets.
  • Advocate for customer needs in order to overcome adoption blockers and drive feature development.
  • Propose architectures for SAP products and manage the deployment of cloud based SAP solutions according to complex customer requirements and implementation best practices.
