1)1 to 2 Year experience in sales or collection outbound process from BPO background.

2)Last working should be in sales or collection process.

3)Good with excel

4)To manage a diverse team of sales working towards pre-defined targets.

5)Should manage team performance,attrition & Shrinkage.Responsible for daily reports.

6)Dialer management will be added advantage.

7)Exposure in Banking products /NBFC are added advantage.

8)Preference will be given for immediate joiners with multilingual.
