  • Promotion of commercial Vehicle specially Ashok Leyland company's heavy vehicles segment,
    Minimum Experience with sales 5-7 Years and Fresher with good communication skills who are interested to build their career in Sales can also apply for the same.
  • Great command of communication / language (English + Kannada) - ability to hold
    conversations.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Understand Customer profile and problems to explain implication of ineffective.
  • The salesperson has to establish and maintain a personal and lifelong contact and relationship with the customer, thus achieving high customer satisfaction and keeping them loyal to the brand.
  • Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Who has experience with Tata motors , Prerana, Bharat Benz, Ravindo Toyota , Eicher, Volvo companies will be an added advantage,
  • listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale
  • maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
  • cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
  • respond to incoming email and phone enquiries
  • act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
  • negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
  • gather market and customer information
  • challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
  • advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions
  • create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process, which is largely dictated by the prospective customer
  • check the quantities of goods on display and in stock
  • make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.

Education, Experience, :

  • Bachelors or masters degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred (BE Mechanical, Diploma Mechanical , MBA , BBA BBA etc.
  • At least five (5 to 7) years of industry sales experience
  • One to three years of management experience
  • Strategic leadership ability
  • Freshers who are interested to build career is sales.
