Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Selling Residential projects

2. Team handling & Team Management

3. Individually responsible for Generate revenues

4. Achieving projected sales figure by converting the leads into business.

5. Convincing prospective clients that your organization is the right one to meet up their requirement.

6. Manage your client base through excellent follow up on leads for existing and new clients

7. Sending out details of new properties on the market to people in your database

8. Maintaining good relationship with booked clients & getting referral leads.

9. Cold calling, following up with the lead provided in CRM, arranging for site visits.

10. Working actively on the scheduled appointments and showing buyers around a property

11. Providing guidance to buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms

12. Determining clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them

13. Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing

14. Generate leads through canopy activities and other promotional activities.

15. Involved in sales promotion activities & generating leads

16. Responsible for achieving & exceeding sales targets of the sales force

17. Taking prospects for site visits in residential projects, answering all relevant queries in the process, liaising with Developer for any clarification if required for that

18. Cultivating excellent knowledge about real estate markets and best practices

* Experience with Real Estate -Sales preferably.

* Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills

* Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills

* Pleasant and trustworthy
