Sales Executive Jewellery Store

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Displaying the jewelry items at the counters for customers
• Explaining about the different jewelry items and their designing and manufacturing information
• Helping customers make the right choice along with cross selling and upselling
• Keeping abreast with the latest designs in jewelry
• Arranging for secure shipping of the jewelry
• Keeping frequent contact with the customers to notify them of the new designs at the store through social media Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp groups
• Video sales and online sales
• Upholding the guidelines of the firm while making sales

Skills and Abilities:

• Good Knowledge on jewelry marketing and advertising techniques
• Excellent customer service ethics
• Good communication and presentable skills
