• Attendance compulsory on all weekends and all holidays and festivals at the store.
• Maximising sales by engaging customers and providing great customer experience.
• Passionate for helping customers find their furnitures and furnishings style
• Follow all operational policies and procedure as instructed by management.
• Maintains strong knowledge regarding product, promotions and special events in order to communicate to customers for more effective selling.
• Achieve Target KPIs such as Sales & Conversion percentage set by management.
• Represent the Couch and Dcor image through personal and professional appearance and effective communication skills.
• Execute Opening and Closing checklist duties as directed by store management to ensure store is always ready for business.
