Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Areas (but not limited to):

  1. Generate Business Leads from assigned business segment and geographical territory.
  2. Business development activities and book the orders and billing/revenue from channel partners and end customers.
  3. Technical and commercial support to channel partners.
  4. Prepare technical and commercial offers
  5. Periodic business review with channel partners.
  6. Based on business development activities, lead generations and channel management, consistent business planning and achievement month after month.
  7. Identify potential channel partners in defined clusters/geographies and due diligence of shortlisted partners before appointment of channel partners in LogicLadder.
  8. Payment collection as per agreed payment terms with channel partners.
  9. Internal coordination with various stakeholders within the company for meeting customer/channel partners requirements and satisfaction of customers and channel partners.
  10. Customers and competitors feedback from the market.

Key Skills

  1. Working in a revenue and target driven environment.
  2. Strong understanding of CRM for business and customers/channel partners management.
  3. Excellent written and communication skills
  4. Excellent commercial knowledge and negotiation skills.
