Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct research using both systematic and intuitive secondary research techniques and industry-standard primary research methods.
  • Function as a project manager for low to medium complexity projects
  • Handle client calls and understand the requirement.
  • Continuously monitor the market, and provide insightful quantitative and strategic analysis to our clients through research reports.
  • Perform market engineering by estimates and forecast global micro and Macro
  • Regularly track pricing for specific products by various product/technology vendors
  • Review and at times write technical reviews of products using available resources following prescribed guidelines
  • Responsible for quality assurance of content produced by researchers in the team.
  • Use internal tools to create regular benchmarking reports
  • Exhibit complete ownership of the tasks/projects assigned.
  • Required to decipher research requests, scope and estimate the effort involved and map out the delivery plan
  • Analyze the research findings, draw inferences and conclusions in response to the research query
  • Report the findings in the form of a structured report or a pre-defined framework
  • Deliver projects on time and maintain high-quality standards of the deliverables
  • Develop a strong understanding of the technology industry in general and expertise in specific domains as required.
  • Guiding and training analysts during the course of the project.
  • Good organizational, Team Management, time management, and project management skills.
  • Actively participate in formal and informal knowledge-sharing sessions, including Research Communities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2 to 4 Years experience in the Research industry
  • Strong quantitative research and data analytic skills
  • Self-starter with a strong ability to work independently.
  • Good organizational, time, team management, and project management skills.
  • Experience in an extremely fast-paced work environment preferably in research, consulting or
    marketing/strategy
  • Strong analytic and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication abilities-
  • Exceptional Editing skills.
  • Expertise with Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Should be able to Articulate well
  • Should have excellent business acumen.
  • Post-Graduation Mandatory
  • Technical Graduate + MBA/Masters from leading School.
