Job Profile


  • Developing new and expanding existing High Net worth Customer(HNI) relationships for liabilities by sourcing customers.
  • Sources new bank customers through external individual efforts and acquisition channel.
  • Cross sells bank products to existing set of Branch customers which are mapped.
  • Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.
  • Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
  • Responsible for NTB acquisition of customers.
  • Responsible for 2 product sales (CASA, TD, SIP, MF, Insurance, Gold, Demat, Asset, Gift Card etc.) per day.


Job Requirement :


  • Should have direct sales experience & orientation.
  • Portfolio Management.
  • Customer retention.
  • Cost efficiency through process.
  • An immense interest in developing relationship with the customers.
  • Minimum work exp. ? 4 year
  • Maximum Age limit 32 yrs


Eligibility:


- Must be a graduate

- Must have Fair English communication skills

- Must have minimum 4 yrs of experience in banking sector.

- Must have Field Sales Exposure and willing to hunt in the open market
