- Make sure every customer is a part of the Schemes the company is offering.
- Going to Customer house to sell scheme.
- Knowledge of Financial instruments /products will be an added advantage.
- Strong market Knowledge network.
- Daily going to Customer place lead given by branch manager.
- Daily scheme enrolment outdoor by taking customer appointment.
- Educate customers about the benefits of being associated with the Schemes being offered.
- Special activity to be conducted for clearance of Maturity of the Schemes.
- Operating outside the offices, pitching potential clients and to maximize the company's sales of their products.
- Do outdoors for tie ups with Corporates, Hotels, Clubs, Government Offices, etc.
- Build a strong customer base / data.
- Perform Cold calling, schedule customer meeting at their offices / residence.
- Making customers fully aware about the ongoing offers, discounts, benefits, etc.
- Meeting sales targets.
