• Experience/Knowledge in Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing to Selection.
• Should have strong experience ( 4 to 8 years) in Recruitment/Staffing(Consulting Industry).
• Experience in team handling between 4 - 10 Recruiters.
• Must be target driven and must be able to thrive in a time pressured environment.
• Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally.
• Responsible Client Engagement/Relations and Deliverables.
• Responsible Client Revenue Collection from Clients.
