1. Search jobseekers from company database, job portals, own database, social media etc.

2. Generate data of jobseekers through referrals, by posting on LinkedIn, FB, Instagram, Telegram, Whatsapp groups, Job platforms etc.

3. Call on jobseekers data to shortlist eligible ones from among the applicants.

4. Screen ones who are serious jobseekers from eligible ones.

5. Forward shortlisted & screened serious candidates to employers for an interview - virtual or face to face.

6. Coordinate the interview between the candidate and employer HR team to make it happen on the appointed date and time.

7. Use Application Tracking System and Telephony Solution provided by the company to record and report daily activities and outcomes.

8. Get trained &/or self-learn on the requirements on the job mandates from the employers so that searching, posting, calling, shortlisting and screening can be done accurately.

9. Attend daily morning meetings to set the agenda, seek help, offer inputs etc.

10. End of day reporting on performance delivered and help needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Passion for recruitment is a must.

2. An experience in recruitment role is highly desirable and preferred.

3. Ability to search on jb platforms will be an added advantage.

4. Good verbal (spoken) skills are a must.

5. Candidate MUST HAVE THEIR OWN LAPTOP.

6. Mindset to work in a highly agile startup environment requiring adaptation to changing requirements.

7. Ability to stretch the days and week (we work 6 days) to contribute toward company's growth.
