Roles and Responsibilities

• Handling End-to-End recruitment process.
• Sourcing, Screening the Potential candidates using various Job portals (Naukri), Existing Database, Internal reference, Professional Social Networking sites (Facebook / LinkedIn), Job Postings, Walk-In Drives. *
• Posting the job requirements on Naukri, and LinkedIn based upon the responses, screen the profiles, check eligibility criteria, contact applicants,
• Updating status report every day and maintaining weekly and monthly database. * Maintaining a good relationship with the candidate after they join the company to extend references.

Experience 0 to 5 years

Education Any Graduate + MBA (Good Communication Skill)
Candidate must have experience in Recruitment firm.
