Quality Engineer

1. To ensure overall quality of Returnable Packaging (Like Wooden pallets, poly boxes, PP partition,
metal trolley and dunnage) sub item wise suppling to customer.
2. To ensure quality of Returnable Packaging Kits sub item wise manufactured & received from
vendor / manufacturer.
3. To ensure quality of Returnable Packaging Kits sub item wise post repair / maintenance.
4. To inspect the quality of Returnable Packaging Kits in pool & to organize the required preventive
maintenance activities.
5. Post Repair / Rework Quality Inspection of Returnable Packaging Kits sub item wise which
underwent repair / rework at manufacturer / IPSCOM premises.
6. Inspecting & ensuring the quality of Returnable Packaging Kits delivered at Tier1 / customer
premises.
7. Communicating with internal team to gauge the quantum of repair work and requirements.
Help purchase parts for repair, put in requisitions to purchase.
8. Keeping track of the repair work in excel. Filling all the inspection reports & documents as per
ISO standards.
9. Suggest means to avoid damage where possible.
10. To inspect the quality of Returnable Packaging Kits in pool & to organize the required preventive
maintenance activities.
11. To monitor the overall completed cycles of each Returnable Packaging Kits sub item wise in the
pool.
12. To monitor the shelf life of Returnable Packaging Kits in pool.
