You have knowledge in the following areas:
o Analyze and prepare scope of a project
o Prepare a project plan
o Manage deliverables
o Effectively manage the relationships with all relevant stakeholders
o Follow up different activities connected to the project, report on progress
o Handover the deliverables to the SSC organization
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You use your knowledge of IKEA and your professional knowledge to drive execution of different projects within GSS operations and transitions. You actively support implementation of different business projects in GSS. You cooperate closely with various stakeholders in the projects. You secure necessary documentation based on project requirements.
You will be involved in:
Project Management, transition & transformation (migration) projects
Good communication and PowerPoint presentation skills
Review, analyze and develop project plans, project delivery & stake holder management
