Responsibilities

  • Owns the scoping, project management, and implementation of SMB Business Skilling Programs



  • Contribute to Business Skilling Strategy to enable SMB businesses while ensuring growth in revenue & active advertiser base



  • Develop & nurture partnership models with external and internal partners to drive SMB Business Skilling



  • Lead partner negotiations and define engagement model to build scalable partnerships



  • Collaborate with Regional & Global Teams to drive programs on Business Skilling for India based SMBs.



  • Lead Program management & governance for Business Skilling initiatives and build reports for Stakeholder Review



  • Build Client Education Journey & Roadmap



  • Drive communication and influence a broad range of stakeholders



  • Plan and build line of sight on driving business funnel growth through high touch & mid-touch skilling engagements.



Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams to drive results



  • Experience influencing sales operations, analytics, and marketing teams through an understanding of business needs



  • Experience in executing scaled programs with Third Parties



  • Experience in thinking analytically and strategically about issues and influencing internal and external stakeholders



  • Experience in problem solving and communicating about issues with individual stakeholders and teams



  • 8+ years of work experience in sales, service, marketing, or product/program management



  • Experience influencing sales operations, analytics, and marketing teams through an understanding of business needs



  • Experience in being a “connector” across teams and leading a program/project against KPIs through to completion



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in driving large scale product education programs



  • Experience in leading large programs with multiple cross functional teams (including Sales)



  • Experience in working with global & regional teams
