Roles and Responsibilities

Shift Planning and worker handling/allocation

Handle day to day rubber moulding problems with hands on approach

Mould & machine setup and validation. Mould repairs and maintenance.

Quality checking and response to issues

Productivity control and improvement

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 3-8 years experience in Rubber products manufacturing. Knowledge of Injection Moulding is advantageous. Knowledge of mould maintenance and hands-on approach required.
