About Digital Process Excellence (DPEx)

Our digital transformation journey is led by the DPEx team and is structured along the lines of Digitalize the Core and Transform with Digital.

With a mandate to ensure continuous process improvement and drive patient centric innovation, it spans all functions and operations. In other words, you could be working on projects to create experience for Medical reps one day, designing customer engagement platforms the next and new gen tech Pilot to bring business impact the third.

Who will you work with

You will be part of the Digital Center of Excellence team and work alongside or lead business consultants, product/program managers and technology architects. Besides that, you will be interacting with the following people

Internal: All functions and teams within the organization across Branded Markets locations, across org roles.

External: Vendors, implementation partners, knowledge networks.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying opportunities for value creation through digital transformation within the organization through understanding of stakeholder business goals, current processes and constraints, customer journeys and business roadmap.
  • Strategically collaborate and co-create impactful digital transformation programs along with BU leadership team across geographies, taking ownership of last mile delivery on time within budget
  • Design product roadmap for key digital products across Branded Markets transforming the way to solve problems using digital interventions & analytics (Short term and long term)
  • Collaborate with Branded Markets Business and Vertical team with a product thinking - Understanding of business requirements and As-Is process mapping for arriving upon a To-Be process.
  • Drive change management to engage leadership to sponsor and steer digital initiatives by defining value proposition/key performance metrices.
  • Enable bottoms-up adoption of digital initiatives, through simplifying jobs to be done, simplifying trainings, and ensuring execution support with Business teams
  • Conduct A/B testing, multivariate experiments to constantly validate hypotheses and decide the best strategy to enhance the product.
  • Monitor & improve governance, adoption & key performance metrices of digital programs along with BU leadership to ensure value realization and look for improvement’s opportunities
  • Identify operational risks and enable team to drive issues to resolution, balancing multiple priorities.
  • Contribute to areas of innovation across market by bringing in new age tech solutions to help solve critical business challenges & pain points
  • Adherence to Digital Product/ Solution Development best practices and processes such as Design Thinking & Agile Scrum for ensuring optimum program outcomes.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Hands on experience of new age technologies like, eCommerce, Order Management System, Procure to pay systems, CRM, Marketing Technology, Chatbots, AI/ML, Cloud, AR/VR, Mobile apps, Low code, etc.
  • Agile based project management
  • Design thinking, UI/UX expertise is required
  • Innovative thinking and co-creation ability (Able to see through opportunities: Zoom in & out)
  • Knowledge of Pharma landscape is a plus to have
  • Excellent oral & written Communication, presentation and articulation skills
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills
  • Strong product thinking keeping end users in mind
  • Ability to manage Stakeholders (Mid to senior level) and a self-driven person
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to perform well under pressure and with defined timelines

Dr. Reddy's Laboratories is an Indian multinational pharmaceutical company based in Hyderabad. The company was founded by Kallam Anji Reddy, who previously worked in the mentor institute Indian Drugs and Pharmaceuticals Limited.[2] Dr. Reddy's manufactures and markets a wide range of pharmaceuticals in India and overseas. The company has over 190 medications, 60 active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) for drug manufacture, diagnostic kits, critical care, and biotechnology.
Dr. Reddy's began as a supplier to Indian drug manufacturers, but it soon started exporting to other less-regulated markets that had the advantage of not having to spend time and money on a manufacturing plant that would gain approval from a drug licensing body such as the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). By the early 1990s, the expanded scale and profitability from these unregulated markets enabled the company to begin focusing on getting approval from drug regulators for their formulations and bulk drug manufacturing plants in more-developed economies. This allowed their movement into regulated markets such as the US and Europe. In 2014, Dr. Reddy Laboratories was listed among 1200 of India's most trusted brands according to the Brand Trust Report 2014, a study conducted by Trust Research Advisory, a brand analytics company.[3]
