Roles and Responsibilities

BadaBro is an app/web based online digital lending platform focused upon meeting the financial requirements (e.g. pocket money or other discretionary expenditures) of students (Only 18+ age group). The platform envisages to provide micro loans with amounts ranging from Rs. 1,000/- to Rs. 20,000/-.

Desired Profile:

• Must be a graduate
• MBA Marketing Preferred
• Experience - 0 to 1yrs
• Candidate must have good English, Hindi, Bengali communication skills
• Should be open to working in Shifts
• MBA and Engineers preferred

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to create/maintain/update loan book and customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for overseeing all loan processing and collections.
• Prepare daily activity reports and MIS.
• Ensure effective delivery of SLAs as per the defined standard operating procedures.
• Build a Continuous Improvement Culture
• Play a significant role in long term planning with view to deliver operational excellence to support other functions of the organization
• Lead Lean initiatives and deliver improvement solutions
• Calling Customers and attending inbound calls
