Job Description
- Maintains health of Instruments/Automation of HVAC/Utilities/EMS & BMS System
- Trouble shoot EMS/BMS and instrumentation issues independently.
- Knowledge of networks/GAMP Standards/
- Maintain Life Cycle Management (Planned Maintenance/ Heath Reports/Validation) of equipment/facility and upkeep the facility/equipment for anytime audit inspection.
- Able to read & understand schematics/drawings/develop maintenance & troubleshoot guides
- Commissioning & Qualification of facility/equipment/utility
- Participate in equipment operations risk assessment & root cause analysis
- Troubleshooting and corrective action of instrument breakdown or failures to find the root cause and best solution in order to restore the functionality back to normal.
- Understanding of Plant Automation, Calibrations, Plant mainitenance, process manufacturing, Quality Systems and regulatory environment.
- Managing user access for Automation systems.
- Periodic time synchronization, manual data backup and audit trial reviews
