Job Details

Roles and Responsibilities

· Maintaining calendar for MDs ensuring appropriate preparation for daily activities, scheduling and meeting coordination, interviews, appointments, events and other similar activities.

· Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls

· Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments,

· Organising events and conferences

· Effective interdepartmental updates and regular follow-ups between various departments to gather timely information.

· Drafting and preparing meeting agendas and MOMs.

· Creating and handling presentations, complex reports, confidential correspondence and files.

· Retrieved and sorting incoming and outgoing mails.

· Arrangement of domestic and international travel.

· Experience in managing multiple priorities and administrative coordination

· Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation

· Managing databases and filing systems

· Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems

· Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients

· Collating and filing expenses

· Miscellaneous tasks to support their manager, which will vary according to the sector and to the manager’s remit, eg completing some corporate governance reporting (to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations) or conducting research.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Excellent verbal and written communication

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Excellent time management skill

· Presentation Skill

· Fluent in Telugu, English and Hindi

· A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required
